Caramelized onion pear gallette

A delicious morsel whipped up for a friend’s despedida potluck. Don’t forget tons of fresh rosemary in the onions! Also, cheese would make a lovely addition (especially cheese of the blue variety) but, alas, that cheese (nor any cheese except for a paneer relative) does not exist here in Peru.
